Refund policy

Purewyn accepts returns and exchanges on domestic orders of any unopened, unused, and undamaged product within 14 days of delivery, with the following exceptions:

Unopened Only

Because Purewyn products are consumables, we cannot accept returns on any opened items. To qualify for a return or exchange, the seal and packaging must be fully intact and unused.

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to help. After this period, all sales are considered final sale.

How to Start a Return

You can begin your return or exchange by logging into your Purewyn account using the same email address used at checkout.
Once approved, instructions will be provided for sending your item back to our fulfillment center.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns.

  • For consumable goods, return shipments must include tracking and be shipped within 14 days of return approval.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, Purewyn will cover the shipping cost of the return.
Shipping for the exchanged item being sent back to you is paid by the customer.
All exchanges are considered final sale once processed.

Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Any opened Purewyn products

  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code

  • Bundles or subscriptions that have been opened

  • Any unauthorized or late returns

If a discounted or opened item is returned without approval, no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll resolve it quickly.
