PUREWYN SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Purewyn. We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all orders placed on purewyn.com.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, product launches, sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your delivery address

  • selected shipping method

  • package weight and size

Estimated delivery windows (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Purewyn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at help@purewyn.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update it.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Purewyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, and surrounding areas

  2. Confirm with household members or neighbors

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If your items arrive damaged, email us at help@purewyn.com within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

We will assist you with a replacement or solution.


International Shipping (If applicable)

Purewyn currently ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.


Return to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
